I went to Le Bon Cafe to order a non-meat lunch seeing as how it is Good Friday. I ordered a rather liberal TBM and a bowl of white bean and tomato soup. I also brought back three pieces of pumkin bread from Jamie, Annie, and myself. (Please see other blog posts for their lunches.) The TMB was good, and I might get it again in the future, but I think they ought to ease off on the olive oil. Seriously, I ordered a tbm not an olive oil sandwich. The soup was fine, but kind of bland. It could have used a bit of spice or something to jazz it up. Thank-you all very much and have a pleasant holiday weekend.

Well, can we just tell you about the best lunch/day EVER? Trevvie, Annie, Vanessa, and Jamie went to the National Zoo to see the baby panda. The zoo was lovely. Annie and I ate tuna sandwiches from Cosi, no Mayo with Tomato!! Vanessa had a signature salad with grilled chicken, dressing on the side. She also had a grande latte from the Starbucks on 4th and Penn (the one I boycott due to their inability to accurately fill my order). Annie got a hippie green tea - berry frappacinno. I tasted it and determined that it was hippie-delicious. Trevor had a Grilled chicken TBM - no lettuce, lettuce overstuffs Trevvie's sandwich, making it a spill-risk. This is why Trevvie keeps nearly 500 Cosi napkins to the right of his desk. Trevvie also had a triple, venti chai latte with skim milk from the Starbucks.

Annie and I both had Californian sandwiches from Bagels and Baguttes on Mass Ave. We also both got our avocado on the side, as it should be!! The Californian has turkey, sprouts, onions, tomato, and avocado on the side. It is well complemented by honey mustard. I had a headache though, which made lunch not fun, but Annie gave me advil.
