I dont eat lunch, just not hungry at lunchtime. I bet 95% of you aren't actually hungry at lunchtime either, you just eat BECAUSE it's lunchtime. Go for a walk instead people and only eat when you're hungry.

I had a microwaved Amy's tofu/rice bowl that I think had been in my freezer since the last time Java Man (and no, I don't mean Mr Starbucks) roamed through Manhattan. It was not particularly exciting or fun, but I hesitate to rate it as "Not Fun" because that seems to imply that something was actively not fun -- and this lunch was just PASSIVELY not fun. I am admiring Elaine's lunch and my stomach is now crying, "Why can't I go live with HER?"

A giant salad! I made it, and ate it on a giant platter, for effect. Mesclun, avocado cubes, roasted broccoli and tofu that i made with a spicy Indian spice mix called Dry Garlic Chutney, and the dressing: Yogurt Coriander. It was big and hearty, but really mostly healthy. Before that, I took an exercise class at the Y.

Johnny Six String is right. That salsa was Hot. I think we had like 8 people try it and all had the sniffles. Oh and the Jalepeno & Cheese Sausage was damn good. My Lunch was Super Fun++++.I had a whole chicken by myself.....Ohhhh....Nooo,i mean only half of it and a glass of PHP,Eeeeeeh No,i mean ice-cold passion fruit juice.
